These aren't just any old pods

Yes that's right, we've got pods. Love our BS1, Brazil or Decaf but don't want the morning hassle of grinding & brewing? Then these little beauties are just for you. Just stick one in your pod machine (Nespresso compatible), press the button & hey presto. You do have to remember to place a cup ready to catch the coffee, but we think you can manage that part.

But that's not all. The best thing about these nifty little pods is that they're made from wood shavings! Don't worry, they don't taste like wood... A new and exciting design made from a matrix of wood shavings and starch means these pods are so compostable they can be thrown straight into your garden. From nature, back into nature. Even regular compostable pods have an allowable amount of bioplastic in them, and this is something we didn't want to contribute to. If we were going to join the pod game, we wanted to do it right & set a higher standard when it comes to waste product.

100% renewable resources, independently certified "100% bio-based" and completely free from microplastics. The wood comes from PEFC-Certified forestry in southern Germany, from residual waste such as sawdust. We're proud to say, these are the best of the best.

In terms of compatibility, the pods have been tried & tested in machines made after 2012 and are compatible with most popular Nespresso machines. The machines they are NOT compatible with are:

  • Nescafé Dolce Gusto
  • Tchibo Caffissimo
  • Nespresso Vertuo
  • Tassimo
